My mom used to make us watermelon limeade every summer and it never lasted more than a day in the fridge. If it did, it was because we were purposefully trying to ration the goodness. That being said, it's really easy to whip up a batch of this watermelon limeade so you can drink it all summer!
Pros: Easy, refreshing, and healthy
Cons: Who doesn't like watermelon?
Ingredients:
4 cups of chopped watermelon
4-6 juicy limes
Pinch of salt
4 mint leaves (optional)
Blend your watermelon and mint leaves until liquified.
Squeeze in limes based on your preference.
Add a pinch of salt and stir.
Spice things up by adding some cayenne or a shot of your favorite alcohol!
Serve and enjoy cold :)
