Over the past 2 weeks, we've made it twice and had it as an entree, over pizza, with breakfast, and in sandwiches. There is literally no end to how you can eat this pork with your favorite combinations of flavors.

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of Asian five spice

  3. When you have a nice brown color on all sides of your pork, add in your marinade.

  4. Pressure cook your meat for 1 hour on high. When done, allow your pressure cooker to naturally release steam for an additionally 20 minutes.

  5. Carefully remove your pork from the liquid in your pot and chop or shred it into small pieces.
